  • Do you offer videography services?

  • Yes, we offer videography services in addition to our still photography services. Please let us know if you're interested in adding videography to your package.

  • What is your booking process?

  • To book a photography session with us, simply fill out the booking form on our website or give us a call or text. We'll get in touch with you promptly to discuss your needs and schedule your session.

  • How much do you charge?

  • We charge hourly. The hourly rate varies on event to event; session to session.

  • What is your lowest price?

  • The lowest hourly rate is £150 per hour. Minimum booking time is 2 hours.

  • Why I see your logo on downloaded photos?

  • Only main clients get permission for logo free Hi Res photos. All other photos will download with business logo. Number of logo free photos must be decided during booking confirmation. Otherwise, 10% is standard amount.

  • Do you have a policy for rescheduling or cancellations?

  • We have a flexible rescheduling policy, and cancellations are allowed with a notice of at least 48 hours.

  • Where do you work?

  • We mainly work in London.

  • Do you travel for shoots?

  • Yes, we are willing to travel for shoots if necessary. Additional travel fees may apply, depending on the location and duration of the shoot.

  • Can I request specific shots or poses?

  • Yes, you can provide a shot list or request specific poses. Our photographers will work with you to capture the shots you desire.

  • What language your staffs talk?

  • We are a multilingual team. All our staffs talks fluently in English & Bangla. Some of our team members can talk in Hindi, Urdu and Italian.

  • Do you offer retouching or editing services?

  • Yes, we offer professional retouching and editing services to enhance the final photos.

  • Can I bring along props or accessories for the photoshoot?

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring along props or accessories that you would like to incorporate into your photoshoot.

  • Do you provide prints or digital copies of the photos?

  • We offer both digital copies and print options for our clients, including photo albums and canvas prints.

  • How many photos will I receive after the photoshoot?

  • The number of photos you receive depends on the type of photoshoot and package you have selected. We guarantee a minimum number of photos and can provide additional photos for an additional fee.

  • How You deliver final products?

  • We deliver all photos through our website client gallery. Customers get access to our digital album service where they can view, download and share all photos. Digital albums require an access code which ensure your privacy. Video assets delivered through an online download link ie. Onedrive or, Google drive.

  • How long does it take to receive the final assets?

  • Our standard turnaround time for editing and delivering photos is 2-3 weeks from the date of the photoshoot. We ask our photograph only customers for 14 days wait. However, in practice commercial clients gets their photos in less than 3 days and, others in less than a week. Customers with video packages asking waiting time is 4 weeks. However, we had delivered all our customers in less than 3 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
